This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on portivo.org, why they are used and how you can accept, reject or withdraw your choice.
1. Who is responsible
The website is operated by Dimitris Galatsanos as the Portivo project publisher. Questions about this policy or requests concerning your privacy may be sent to info@portivo.org. Please do not send passwords, private keys or other operational secrets by email.
2. Your choice comes first
Optional analytics is disabled when you first visit. Google Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept analytics or enable Analytics in Cookie preferences. Selecting Reject optional does not restrict access to any content or feature.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

The exact expiry may be shortened by browser controls, deletion, consent withdrawal or changes made by the service provider.
4. Analytics configuration
When accepted, Google Analytics may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction events, downloads and technical performance information. Portivo does not enable Google advertising signals or ad personalization signals.
The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics in the EEA. Information may be processed on infrastructure outside your country under the safeguards described by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google data transfer frameworks.
5. Hosting records
GitHub Pages hosts this static website. GitHub states that a visitor's IP address is logged and stored for security purposes when a GitHub Pages site is visited. This server-side security logging is controlled by GitHub and is not changed by the Portivo analytics preference. Read the GitHub Pages data collection notice.
6. Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent use of this website. Removing local website data removes the stored preference, so the banner will be shown again.
7. Changes
This policy and the consent version may be updated when technologies, purposes or legal requirements change. A material change resets the stored preference and asks for consent again.
